If HP Total Care Advisor is not working, remove it from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run a registry cleaner from the database of Software Informer to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. After that, reboot the computer and download and install it again. If the issues persist, try contacting HP Support team.
