First, update Skype to the latest version and uninstall the webcam drivers from Device Manager (Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager). After that, reboot your computer and reinstall the ECAP drivers. Also, install the latest DirectX and close all video editing software, instant messengers and browsers. Launch Skype and check if the webcam is working correctly in the application. If not, check the troubleshooting guides provided by the Skype Support Team.
