Haplo types and continuous variables.

I would like to know if HaploView allows to analyse the association between a haplo type and a continuous variable? If so, which version of HaploView should I use? I have the version 3.2 but I could not find this option.

Yes, HaploView does support haplotypes and continuous variables, but to get information on how to use them, you will actually have to visit the websites listed through Google Search. Access the results then click on the first link which is a PPT file (PowerPoint). I have opened the PPT and it explains exactly how to work with the haplotypes and variables.

Additionally, download the latest version from the official website, then use the tutorial section to learn how to use the software and its features.
