Firstly, check if you can open the DVD disk tray with the Eject option. Open My Computer/Computer, right-click on the DVD drive and select Eject. If it doesn't help, I suggest you open the disk tray using the manual release hole (located next to the opening button of the DVD disk tray). Close your PC and insert a paper clip in the manual release hole until the resistance felts. If you still have issues, you will need to visit a local service center or to contact the online support team.
