Open ABBYY FineReader Sprint application, go to the Help menu and press the Check for Updates Now. You will be redirected to the official web page where you will find the patches or a message that no patches are currently available if you use the latest version. If you find some patches, press the Download button, save the file to your computer and install them following the self explained steps.
