I need instructions for this program. How to use Wireless WEP Key Password Spy?

i get a pop-up that says i have to register my wireless dll. How do i do that

Once you launch it, press the Recover Wireless WEP Keys button from the right corner and wait the program to locate and decode all stored WEP keys for all Ethernet adapters connected to your computer. After the process is finished, it will display the Connection Names, Encryption Levels and WEP Keys/Passwords.
