RealPlayer update problems.

RealPlayer tells me that an update is required. After I clicked the update link shown by the player, it started downloading files from Internet. After the installation process started, RealPlayer is downloading files from Internet again. Also, after the process is completed, it is downloading the latest files. How much time it will download files from Internet? What can I do?

The downloading process is influenced by your computer specifications and by your Internet connection. Usually, it should not take more than 3 minutes to complete the installation. If you have issues, I suggest you remove RealPlayer from your PC (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and download and install the latest version, directly from the official web page. Click the yellow Free Download button save the file to your computer and install the application following the on-screen instructions.
