Go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound and open the Device Manager. Locate the drivers in Universal Serial Bus controllers, right-click on them, press Update Driver Software, select the automatically option and follow the instructions. If you're not able to see the drivers, go to View tab, press Show hidden devices and follow the above instructions.
