I received a "The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could not be verified" message. I downloaded the IncrediMail XE software from the Internet. What can I do?

Make sure that your computer Date, Time and Time Zone are correct. Also, check the Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings changes box from Control Panel > Clock Language and Region > Date and Time > Change time zone. After that, open the application and select Email Accounts from Tools Menu. Choose your account and click Properties from right. Under the User Name tab, make sure that appears only your user name instead of your full email address, click OK and then Close.
