I think that this program has been corrupted and I want to uninstall it, but I can't through Add or Remove Programs feature. A little while ago my PC got infected and now I want to remove the whole program. Can you help?

You have part of this program in "program files", but in your %APPDATA% too. (in the explorer, type %APPDATA% in the URI bar. Or try (if you don't find it) to execute "explorer %APPDATA%" without the ". Be carefull to respect the case!)
And, you have some configuration options in the registry, but I don't advice you to look them if you don't know exactly what you do. Use a software who can do it, like ccleaner.

If you can't remove the utility using Add or Remove Programs feature, try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.
