Uninstalling Windows Media Player.

I'm wondering if I can uninstall Windows Media Player 11. Can you help?

If Windows Media Player 11 is installed on a Windows XP PC, you can remove it following the instructions from Microsoft Support page. If it comes bundled with a Windows Vista computer, you can only disable it. For this purpose, navigate to Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Turn Windows features on or off, expand the Media features list, un-check the box next to Windows Media Player and then press OK.

if you are running windows xp you can roll back to WMP10, if you are running Windows Vista you cannot uninstall WMP11
