The Samsung WB500 records movies in the MP4 file format, but Samsung Master cannot edit this files. What can I do?
The video files supported by Samsung Master are WMV, AVI, MOV and ASF. I suggest you convert the MP4 file to one of these formats using Xilisoft MP4 Converter, AVI MP4 Converter, or VSeven MP4 Converter. The latter is free of charge and easy to use. Once you launch it, you need to press the Add button to select the MP4 file, to choose an Output Folder and a video format and to press OK. If you don't want to convert the file, you can use a utility from Software Informer database to edit it.
