Hi, I love this program and have 400 DVDs listed, suddenly it won't recognise new DVDs I try to add. Any ideas please? Cheers Yvonne

I too am having same problem. Looking for answers as to what happened. Community just brings up go daddy page. I DLd and tried his new program that he is selling. It does not work either.
