I can't install Road Runner Medic on my computer. It is saying that I need Internet Explorer 5.0 or better. I have Internet Explorer 9.0 and Firefox. Can you help?
Unfortunately, Road Runner Medic works only with Internet Explorer 5.0 and Internet Explorer 6.0. In order to install the software on your computer, I suggest you navigate to Microsoft Download Center and download and install Internet Explorer 6.0. This should fix it.
