I'm having problems with Adobe Air and other Adobe products. I downloaded the utilities on my desktop PC, but I cannot install them. I'm using a Windows XP computer. Can you help?
Firstly, perform a full system scan using your antivirus program or a utility from Software Informer database. After that, use the package provided by Microsoft to update Windows Installer, close your browser and try installing the programs. If you still have issues, I suggest you contact Adobe Support team.
