Software installation on Windows XP Pro SP3.

Why it does not work with new IBM PC? It does not work with IBM PC with genuine Window XP Pro with SP3 and Internet Explorer 8. On complaint their technician visited the site and tried his level best to fix it unsuccessfully and he couldn't give satisfactory replies and then it left.

Unfortunately, the SupportSoft developers are no longer in business which means it's impossible to provide support for an application that no longer exists. I have tried looking for a website or documentation related to this procedure, but there is none available. I recommend checking the manual or the installation instructions to see exactly what you need to meet to be able to install the software on your computer.
