If you have issues, with Toshiba DVD Player, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the software from the list and click Uninstall. After that, reboot your computer, run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the utility again. Alternatively, you can try another DVD Player.
