If your account has been suspended, then the only way to unlock it is contact the support team. Unfortunately, the support system is pretty weak. You will have to send an email rather than using a live chat or ticketing system. This is the only way you can get in touch with the developers. In the case of a ToS violation, I believe you will not be able to recover the account as this is a strict option for most of the developers.
