Why do I have trouble getting in Arcade Tribe? I have paid for a year. I think I am blocked out.

The website along with its payment system works just fine. The order buttons and the services are up. Please check your browser for Proxy configuration and make sure that firewall or any other security solution available allows you to connect to this website.
