I can't fin Dell Webcam Manager. Can you help?

I have a Dell Inspiron 1545. After formatting my notebook, I installed all drivers from my CD, including Creative Integrated Webcam driver. Unfortunately, I can't find Dell Webcam Manager and I can't use my webcam in my PC. I called Dell Customer Care and they told me that the utility is not available on their website. I need this software. Can you help?
