i have scanned my pc b4 and now it wont let me do a full system scan or deep scan but it lets me scan my documents :/ how do i fix it thanx in advance

hi there i have exactly the same problem as you do with the shield deluxe and i can not uninstalled !! i hope you have found a solution , if so please let me know flori1604@hotmail.co.uk kind regards :(
