The application is not responding even if I connected the jack of the microphone. Can you help?

Have you tried contacting customer care of yahoo messenger.

In order to fix the problem, remove the program from your PC (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run CCleaner or Glary Utilities. After that, access the official web page and download and install the latest version of the software. If you have problems with the sound, open the Start menu, type dxdiag and open the utility. Press the Sound tab, check your audio card model and download and install the latest drivers available from the developer's web page. If the issue persists, I suggest you contact Yahoo Support team using 800-730-2669 phone number.
