I can't download iTunes because the security system doesn't allow me. I disabled Windows Firewall without success. Can you help?

I tried to download iTunes and have been blocked by Windows firewall. I think it's because iTunes is Apple's. (?)
If Windows Firewall is turned off, I suggest you temporarily disable your security program and try again. Also, make sure you're downloading iTunes from an official source. If it still doesn't work, clear Internet Explorer cache, cookies and temporary Internet files or try another web browser.
