The 2008 version of the application is compatible only with 32-bit Windows platforms. If you're running a 64-bit operating system, I suggest you upgrade the software to a newer version. If your computer runs a 32-bit version of Windows, try to reinstall the software. In order to check the architecture of your Windows platform, right click on the Computer icon, select Properties and check the System type information.
