XM2go Music Manager doesn't work on my Windows Vista 64-bit computer. Can you help?

XM2go Music Manager doesn't work on my Windows Vista 64-bit computer. I can't find any information in the user manual. Also, the XM Satellite Radio Technical Support, is under the impression that it works. I tried without success to run the program in compatibility mode. Can you help?

Unfortunately, the application is not compatible with the 64-bit operating systems. When you will try to install the latest version of the software, you will receive a XM2go Music Manager cannot be installed Windows Vista 64-bit message. However, I suggest you try another similar application from Software Informer database.
