I bought two phones, but I don't have a CD-Rom on my computer and I cannot install the software from the CD. From where can I download it?

Identify your phone model, navigate to Software and drivers section and you will find all the related files including those from the CD. Also, you can use another computer to transfer the CD content to a memory stick or to upload its files to an online file storage website.
