I have the Philips SPC1300NC webcam. I have installed VLounge 3 times already. When I go to open the features, the menu comes up but all the features are blank.

I have the Philips SPC1300NC webcam. I have installed VLounge 3 times already. When I go to open the features, the menu comes up but all the features are blank. Nothing works.

If you want to use the application correctly, you need to install the drivers associated with your webcam. Visit Philips Support then download the drivers according to your operating system. Download and install the drivers then you can use the application.
