I can't open EZ Home and Office

When I attempt to start EZ Home and Office, it brings me to the screen asking if I want to download the program. I cannot open the program and gain access to the recently added 200+ addresses and therefore I cannot run the address book and find any of the entries I had made. What can I do?

In order to fix the problem, I recommend that you proceed with the download. Once you install the latest version of the program over the current version, the libraries will be imported automatically and you should be able to find your entries. If you still have problems, try contacting the support team using [email protected] email address.
