The problem with automatic shut down might be related to the activation status. When the program is closing automatically, it means that the activation failed and you are experiencing what is called a "nag" operation. Unless you activate the software, the application will continue to shut down. My advice is to remove the program, re-install it and activate it with a valid and freshly purchased serial number.
