I had Microsoft Office Starter installed in my ASUS laptop and I used it but for some days now it says it's locked I cannot open it. Can you please help?

This application comes preloaded on some HP notebooks and the only way to make it work is to use the Repair function. Proceed to uninstall it from the Programs and Features in Control Panel and instead of uninstallation, choose Repair. Make sure to check the option to remove all the preferences and settings.
