There are many causes that prevent you to access the program, but the most common one is related to the program's corruption in terms of files or registry entries. You can attempt a possible fix using its uninstaller. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program. Start the uninstall procedure for the application, but choose the Repair method instead.
