Access 3.5 Security System error.

I cannot open this software once it's installed. When I click this software, the error appears saying 'Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Teco\Access 3.5\Language\emnetmen_en.xml' is denied.

You have launched the software with a limited user account. The error you have encountered is specific to the cases where users launch applications without Administrator access. To avoid this error, simply right click the application and choose Run as Administrator. If you are logged in with a limited user account, a Window will prompt you to enter the credentials for a system Administrator. After this procedure, the application will start normally.
