I can't get it uninstalled. How can I remove this app from my computer?
I got it to download all of the files I could not access (Was using Outlook 2000) and over the 2GB limit. They downloaded into the Outlook box under Stellar Phoenix and then machine locked, had to reboot, now they are gone!! What happened and what do I do now?? It took 6 hr. to download all of the emails.
Hi, I have same problem. I installed to my htc kaiser trial spb kiosk explorer. The only what I can use now is internet explorer. Activ sync is lockt as well, so cant connect with computer. Could someone give me advise,pls?
The official developers state that users can remove the applications using their own developed tools. Access the page and download the tools that correspond to the version installed on your computer. If you encounter issues, use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will wipe out all traces of its presence from the system.
I had Quick Heal installed and the tools on their website completed the job properly.
