Printing output doesn't have a perfect quality.

We use P330i model printer. Sometimes it makes problem to print. We can't print 100% solid color on the card. Printing output of blue color is not perfect. If we want to print lower side of the card by solid green color, sometimes it delivers black solid color. How may I solve those problems?

Open the Support software and access the maintenance section for your printer. Print a Test page and check the colors. It's possible that the color levels of your colors depleted and when the printer encounters a certain color, it replaces it with a similar one. The software should also offer you a calibration test. Use that to calibrate the printer and its printing capabilities.
