When I'm trying to open HP Photosmart Premier, it tells me that the application has encountered a problem and will have to close it. What can I do?

I suggest you uninstall the application from your computer, download and install the latest version from the HP Support web page. Identify your printer number, select your operating system and download the application. Since the installation file is large, you can use a download manager from the Software Informer database. After the installation process is complete, update your .Net Framework. This should fix the problem.
