The webcam is not working properly outside

When I use the webcam outside, it does not adapt to the light and I become burnt out. All you can see are my eyes. The settings seem to be locked. Can you help?

I have new Acer Aspire 5535. It says "Webcam optimized for low-light video chatting. The problem is that when the webcam is used in normal daylight conditions outdoor, it cannot adjust and the picture is a complete washout. I've tried to modify settings but this should be automatic! Anyone got a solution?

In order to fix the problems, I recommend that you access Acer Download Center, identify your computer model, and download and install the latest webcam files and software. After that, launch Acer Crystal Eye program, click the enter image description here icon, and open the first tab. In this window you will have the possibility to control the luminosity, saturation, contrast, and so on. Try to adjust these settings in order to improve the quality of the recording.
