The Network Connect component can be downloaded as trial software from Junipers website; however, if you have a Juniper VPN box, (the actual VPN hardware), on your network, you can configure Network Connect as an installable component on your VPN portal. It's recommended you take a look at the setup requirements for that. It is not advisable to install Network Connect separate from your VPN, as many of the DNS and caching configurations are complex.
