I'm not able to update AVG Free 8.0 since November 2008.

I'm not able to update AVG Free 8.0 since November 2008. I can't download it. AVG was always great. Can you help?

right click on the icon on the taskbar and click update now

In order to update the AVG Free antivirus, launch the software, click Update Now button below Computer Scanner and follow the provided instructions. Alternatively, uninstall the 8.0 version using AVG Remover, navigate to the official web page, press the green AVG AntiVirus FREE 2014 button, save the file to your computer and install it following the on-screen steps.
