If you have problems with the driver, then I recommend its uninstallation for the time being. Go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc and locate the JMicron driver. It's better if you uninstall the driver through its associated software. Uninstall the driver and the software then reactivate Windows. After Windows has been reactivated, reboot the computer and re-install the software and it should work.
