This is a common issue of the 22 version and it occurs because the application is not compatible with your system. You can try to run the application using Administrator rights in the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select Windows XP from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. If it doesn't work, you will need to upgrade the program to the latest version which is fully compatible with Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP on both 32 and 64-bit architecture.
