Print Artist Platinum is a commercial application which means there is nothing about it on the Internet in terms of troubleshooting, user guides, and instructional details. I recommend checking the built-in Help section to learn about various ways you can print. Also, based on what I know, the printer needs to be compatible with the printing material that you want to export. For example, you can't print an A3 or on an A4 printer directly, but you can split them in two on landscape.
