In order to fix the problem, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options, open the Security tab, click Trusted sites and press Sites button. After that, type https://orkut.google.com/ in the first field and press Add. If this doesn't fix the issue, you need to know that the problem can be caused by Orkut servers. Sometimes, their servers may be temporarily down or under maintenance. If the issue persists, I recommend you update Internet Explorer to a newer version or use another web browser from Software Informer database.
