Can't make a connection to the PC.

I have a Philips SA21XX and I wanted to download songs using Windows Media Center, but when I connect it to the computer it still says it's not connected to the computer.

To make a connection to the PC, first access the official website and download the software upgrade. Install it and then connect the PC. Wait for driver's installation and then open the application and you will be able to transfer the files to your device. If you still encounter errors, go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc and locate the problematic device. Right click it and and select Update driver. Follow the instructions and wait for driver installation to complete. The device will be detected as a mass storage device that you can access from Computer/My Computer.
