When I'm trying to connect to Telstra Turbo Card Manager, I get a message that "A connection to the remote computer could not be established you might need to change the network settings for this connection". This error appeared after I installed the AVG free edition. What can I do?

Go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Device Manager and from the View tab click Show hidden devices. The mini-ports with an yellow icon are broken and you need to fix them. Go to Start, type regedit and open the utility. Navigate to HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE>SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Class, right click on the {4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} entry and choose Export. In the generated .reg file, locate the broken mini-ports and delete all the related subkeys. Open again the Device Manager, right-click on the broken mini-ports, select Update Driver Software and follow the instructions. After the process is finished, reboot your computer. Also, open the AVG antivirus, press the F7 key and go to the Applications option. Click Add, navigate to the Telstra Turbo Card Manager directory, select its executable file and press Open. Click OK and restart the antivirus.
