I have to do a research paper about Personal Firewall. How safe our computers would be if a firewall can control every thing the user does?

Personal Firewall can control only what the user allows it to control. It protects your computer from undesirable incoming and outgoing traffic that could harm or slow down your PC. It lists the utilities that generate traffic and it allows you to block them. It is a safe tool that pops up a message if a program from your PC tries to generate traffic. Using this feature you can control all applications from your computer.
