In order to fix the issue, I suggest you download and install the latest version of DivX Web Player from the official web page instead of DivX Player. Also, temporarily disable your security program and Windows Firewall and press Alt + Ctrl + Delete key combination to open Task Manager and close all unnecessary applications that use your Internet bandwidth. Also, in order to stop the buffering, I suggest you stop the movie and wait several minutes to let it load.
