In order to remove the files from your Wrist Camera you will need a 4-pin USB cable. Remove the screw-cap from the camera USB port and connect the device to your computer. After Windows recognizes the Wrist Camera, you can move/delete the files with the cut function. To disconnect the camera you need to go to System Tray, press the USB icon and click the Safely Remove Hardware option.
