No video available after conversion using DivX Converter.

I installed DivX Converter, and I was able to import movies to Windows Movie Maker, but all I got was sound and no video. What should I do to play the file in Windows Movie Maker?

This happens because the computer is lacking the necessary audio and video codecs. My advice is to install a codec pack that enhances this functionality. A good codec pack is Combined Community Codec Pack Free. The filters allow you to open all kinds of files related to audio and video formats. Download and install the codec pack (no reboot necessary!) and then restart Windows Movie Maker and load the file again and it should work correctly. The video should load and you will have the possibility to work with it.
