When transferring files from Digital Voice recorder to my PC, I'd like to save them as .dss files, not .wav ones. Can this be done? I am using an Olympus digital voice recorder VN-4100PC model.
You can use the available guide to transfer the DSS files form Olympus Digital Voice Recorders. First alter the settings on the Olympus record to save the files as DSS then connect it to the computer and it should appear in Computer/My Computer as a Removable drive with many DSSXXXX folders. The recordings will be located in those folders. You can copy them directly from the **DSS** folders.
