Can't install the Handset manager for my QLA V88.

Why can't I install my handset manager QLA V88? I have the CD installer already but I can't open it.

It's possible that the operating system to be unsupported by the Handset Manager. In this case, access the CD and right click it then Explore. Browse to its files and right click the setup package then select Compatibility. Choose a compatible version of Windows and start the installation. If everything goes well, the installation should start normally.
